Our Guarantee

looselabel offers a guarantee to the original owner for workmanship and materials across all our products under normal recreational use, subject to the following limitations:

  • One-year warranty on neoprene wetsuit products (EXCLUDING end of line products in clearance, boots and accessories).
  • 90-day warranty on neoprene boots, neoprene accessories, boardshorts and accessories.
  • One year warranty on apparel.

The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that become apparent during the warranty period, excluding misuse or typical wear. If a product is mishandled, misused, altered, or repaired by an unauthorized third party, the warranty may become null and void. It is important to note that the warranty does not cover issues within the design parameters of the product. For example, a wetsuit, by definition, is not a dry suit and may experience varying degrees of water ingress.

looselabel will determine the basis of a warranty claim. Submission of a claim does not guarantee a repair or replacement. Returned products will be examined by looselabel and/or authorized repairers, who will make a professional judgment based on physical evidence and any supporting information provided. looselabel will inform you of the outcome and the action taken, which may include repair, replacement, in-store credit, or an explanation as to why it’s not a warranty related issue.

This warranty provides specific legal rights and does not affect any other statutory rights you may have as a consumer, which may vary from country to country.
