When returning a used item due to a potential fault, please ensure the following to ensure your warranty item is process as quick as possible:

- The item is packaged according to the provided guidelines.
- The communicated returns form is completed and information as indicated is included in the package with the item.
Please note that looselabel reserves the right to refuse any items that do not comply with our returns procedure and policy. looselabel also reserves the right to withhold the reimbursement of any return shipping cost in cases unrelated to warranty issue such as instances of a change of mind.
Exchanges, Store Credit, and Refunds
Exchanges, store credit, and refunds for new (unused) items returned within the 30-day returns period will be handled in accordance with the customer's request once the item and all relevant information has been received by looselabel.
